 Passed down through more than five generations, the company combines traditional Sicilian olive growing knowledge with modern innovation, and was among the pioneers to bottle olive oil in glass to protect its freshness and quality.
 
 At the heart of Barbera is a one of a kind experimental mill, where multiple milling systems are used to study and refine each step of production.
