Order and Payment

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
If you can’t locate it, please contact us at LINE @wearefriendfriend or via hello@wearefriendfriend.com , and include your name and order number (e.g., FF#20251001). Our staff will respond within 24 hours.

When will my order arrive?

Bangkok: Your order will arrive within 1–3 days from the shipping date.
Upcountry Thailand: Delivery takes 1–4 days from the shipping date.

Orders placed before 2.00 p.m. (Monday– Saturday) will be shipped on the next day.

Orders placed after 2.00 p.m. (Saturday – Sunday) will be shipped on the next Monday.

* The aforementioned shipping schedule shall not apply to any purchase made during public holidays.

 

Is it possible to pay with foreign credit cards?

Cancellation and Refund

My product has arrived but I have given up, what should I do?


You have 7 days from the date of package received to return the product.

Please contact us via LINE @wearefriendfriend or hello@wearefriendfriend.com and state the reason.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, with labels and any free gifts.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the reason is not due to product fault.
Returns must be made via KEX Express (Thailand only).

My product arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item at LINE @wearefriendfriend or via hello@wearefriendfriend.com
Include your order number, photos/videos of the damage, and a short explanation.

How long is the warranty period and how does the process work?

The warranty period may vary depending on the product.
If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, you can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the item.
Once your claim is approved, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 15 days after we receive the returned item, along with all accessories, packaging in perfect condition, and receipt or tax invoice.
