Delivery Zones & Fees (by KEX Express)

 

Bangkok: Enjoy seamless delivery to receive your order within 1–3 days from the shipping date.

 

•  Purchases below 5,000 THB*, the additional shipping fees of 150 THB will be applied.

•  Purchases 5,000 THB* or more for free delivery!

 

Upcountry Thailand: Enjoy seamless delivery to receive your order within 1–4 days from the shipping date.

 

•  Purchases below 5,000 THB*, the additional shipping fees of 150 THB will be applied.

•  Purchases 5,000 THB* or more for free delivery!

Order Timing

 

       • Orders placed before 2.00 p.m. (Monday– Saturday) will be shipped on the next day.

       • Orders placed after 2.00 p.m. (Saturday – Sunday) will be shipped on the next Monday.

* The aforementioned shipping schedule shall not apply to any purchase made during public holidays.

 

Track Your Order

 

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

If you are unable to locate your order, please contact us at

hello@wearefriendfriend.com or via LINE @wearefriendfriend, including your name and order number (e.g., FF#20251001). Our staff will respond within 24 hours to assist you.

Prefer to pick up your order in person? Stop by FRIEND FRIEND store at EMPORIUM (3F) for a hassle-free pickup. Simply place your order, and your order will be ready for collection within 3 hours. We’re open daily from 10.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. for your convenience!
