SAUCE makes good coffee easy to enjoy and interesting to know more about. Beans come from Thai farms and selected origins abroad, with the people, places, and processes behind them kept close to the cup.

Order your usual, or use the bar to notice what changes between origins, processes, and ways of brewing. Ask as much as you like. Or simply drink your coffee while it is hot.
Our Story
SAUCE began in Bangkok in 2021, founded by two friends, Puen and Ploy, looking for a balance between coffee, creativity, and sustainability. They follow coffee from farm to cup, then share what they learn without making good coffee feel like a subject you need to study first.
From Good Source, To Good Sauce
Coffee, tea, honey, and sugar are sourced from producers who understand their land, work, and communities. Even the coffee box continues the idea: 100% recycled paper, held together without glue, and ready to be reused as a tray.
RECOMMENDED MENU
COFFEE FLIGHT – BLACK AND WHITE SET OR FILTER SET
A good place to start if you are curious. The Black and White Set serves the same espresso black and with milk. The Filter Set begins with Gesha blossom tea and cascara before the coffee, letting one origin show itself in layers.
THAI MILK TEA
A familiar drink, made differently: tea grown under coffee trees in Huay Nam Kluen, fresh milk from Muak Lek, and coconut blossom sugar from Phetchaburi. No artificial colour or additives.
