SAUCE COFFEE Experience Bar

We want this FRIEND FRIEND space to be both a companion and an experience bar — a place where you can explore coffee that we’ve carefully selected directly from Thai farmers, as well as a variety of international coffees we've thoughtfully chosen to share. Through the concept of Sourced By SAUCE, we seek out not just coffee, but also ingredients and stories from our journeys, so that every cup becomes a chance to connect with the origin and truly learn through the experience.

Our Story

SAUCE COFFEE is a Bangkok-based coffee roaster founded in 2021 by two friends in search of balance between coffee, creativity, and sustainability. We source and offer a selection of quality coffee beans from various origins, believing in both their processes and the people behind them.
Sharing what we’ve learned is also one of our main focuses, as we aim to
improve people’s understanding of coffee and its journey. We believe everyone
can enjoy a good cup of coffee while contributing to a better community.

From Good Source, To Good Sauce

We begin by thoughtfully sourcing our ingredients from the very origin — whether it’s coffee beans, tea, honey, or sugar. We choose to work with producers who grow responsibly, understand the context of their communities, and value the people behind each ingredient.

This intention carries through to our packaging design. Our coffee boxes are made from 100% recycled paper and are designed to be reused as trays.
We use a paper-locking technique instead of glue, making the packaging easy to assemble, disassemble, and fold flat for reuse.

RECOMMENDED MENU

Coffee Flight – Black and White Set or Filter Set

We want to offer an experience of flavor and deeper understanding of coffee from each origin through this menu.

* In the Black and White Set, you’ll enjoy both black coffee and milk coffee extracted from the same espresso, allowing you to taste the differences in each style.

* For the Filter Set, we serve the Gesha coffee blossom tea and cascara before the coffee, helping to cleanse the palate and enhance the coffee’s flavor.

Thai Milk Tea

A well-known menu for many when visiting Thailand, but our Thai milk tea is different. We use tea without any artificial coloring or additives, grown under the shade of coffee trees in Huay Nam Kluen village.
Instead of condensed milk, we use fresh milk from Muak Lek district, and
sweeten with coconut blossom sugar from farmers in Phetchaburi instead of
regular sugar. This gives our Thai milk tea a naturally fragrant and unique
sweetness.

Signaturesof the Month

A special monthly menu that changes according to the concept, inspired by our in-house coffee and the story behind each month’s coffee.

For example, Sunset Sparkles and Midnight Cha-Coffee
highlight ingredients like coffee honey and tea leaves, paired with coffee from
Khun Lao village.

Seasonal Veggie Bowl

Seasonal veggies, quinoa, and lemon-tahini dressing for a fresh, light meal.
