BIO ORTO

Bio Orto grows, harvests and preserves its olives and vegetables on one organic farm in Puglia. Keeping the work together means a just-picked ingredient can become oil, tomatoes or artichokes quickly, while its flavour is still at its best.

The olive oil tastes distinctly of the fruit, and the vegetables keep their own character inside the jar. This is pantry food with the convenience already handled, but very little of the original ingredient lost.
