LORENZO

Lorenzo is Barbera's olive-oil series named after three generations of the family. Each bottle focuses on a different Sicilian olive variety, so the differences are easy to taste beside one another.

Lorenzo No. 1 is made from Nocellara del Belice, known for a green, fruity character. Other bottles move toward rounder, more delicate or more peppery profiles. Barbera's experimental mill and precise pressing keep those varietal qualities clear. The series shows that olive oil is not one flavour or one ladder of quality. The right bottle depends on what you are cooking and the character you want to bring to it.
