Mek Oort began with a simple dream to leave city life behind and start anew in Mae Tha, Lamphun, where neglected land was restored into an organic orchard. Along the way, its founders realised that many exceptional local ingredients never receive the recognition they deserve. Inspired by the Oort Cloud, a distant region where overlooked fragments may one day return with new purpose, Mek Oort reimagines Northern Thailand's local harvest into contemporary beverages and pantry staples, sharing the stories, flavours, and craftsmanship of its home with a wider community.
