With meticulous care at every stage, seawater is carefully selected from mineral rich ecosystems before entering the crystallization process. During this stage, nature forms delicate pyramid shaped salt crystals that are thin and hollow inside, creating a crisp texture that dissolves beautifully and enhances the flavor of food. Each crystal is then hand selected to ensure only the finest quality.
