Almost 60 years ago, Toto & Pal began as a small sewing workshop in Japan, eventually establishing their own factory to handcraft products with full quality control. About 25 years ago, a customer’s request for a pet collar sparked a new chapter. Believing “pets are family,” the brand carefully designs safe, comfortable, and stylish items using premium materials like Okayama denim and Kyoto kumihimo cords. Today, Toto & Pal is cherished in Japan, Thailand, Taiwan, and the UK, enriching every moment shared between pets and their families.
