- Before using your pan for the first time, make sure it lasts longer by doing this: First, wash it with soapy water. Once it's dry, rub a small amount of vegetable oil on it. Finally, heat the pan.
In an Oven: Place the pan upside down on the top rack and bake at 232°C for about 1 hour. Allow it to cool completely. Repeat this washing and seasoning process 2–3 times.
On a Gas or Induction Stove: Heat the pan over medium for 10–15 minutes until it starts to smoke. Turn off the heat and allow it to cool completely. Repeat this washing and seasoning process 2–3 times.
- Perfect for use with gas and induction stoves.
- Not suitable for microwave or oven use.
- Dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
