A large wooden cooking spatula made from sakura wood, crafted by Miyajima Kougei Seisakusho in Hiroshima, Japan.

Designed for everyday use with frying pans 24 cm and above, the tip shape makes it easy to scoop and turn food.

Made from durable, fine-grained sakura wood, it is strong yet gentle on cookware,
including non-stick, enamel, and clay pots.

Uncoated and free from chemical treatments, it can be used for a long time with simple care,such as occasional oiling and regular cleaning.

Over time, the wood develops a deeper reddish tone, and each piece carries its own unique grain and character.
