Our knives and magnetic holder are crafted from CROMOVA 18 stainless steel, a premium alloy unique to Global kitchen knives. This material, made with chromium, molybdenum, and vanadium, ensures exceptional sharpness, long-lasting edges, and strong resistance to rust and corrosion.

For knives:
- Avoid using the knives to cut through bones or frozen foods, as this may chip the blade.
- Use only with wooden or plastic cutting boards to protect the blade edge.
- Do not clean in a dishwasher.
- Do not use cleaning agents that contain chlorine, as they may damage the special properties of the steel.
- Wash with warm water and dry immediately with a soft cloth.
- Regularly sharpen the blades to maintain their sharpness.

For the wall-mounted magnetic knife holder:
- Clean with a damp cloth and dry immediately with a soft cloth.
- Do not use chlorine-based cleaners, as they can damage the steel’s surface.
- Install in a dry, well-ventilated area.
- Periodically check that the holder is securely mounted to ensure safety.
