- Heat the pan on medium heat until it turns black before first use, then clean and dry it.
- Coat the pan with vegetable oil and heat it until boiling to prevent sticking and rusting.
- After each use, let it cool, clean, dry, and coat with vegetable oil prior to storage.
- Remove stuck food by boiling water in the pan, then clean, dry, and oil it.
- Avoid soaking the pan and using harsh materials like scouring pads or steel wool.
- Cook frequently to maintain the pan's surface and avoid acidic foods that can damage the metal.
