Setting and Sitting
-Place the stool on a flat and stable surface.
-Sit in a kneeling position with your knees on the floor and feet resting behind you. Gently rest your hips on the wooden seat.
-Keep your spine upright but relaxed. Soften your shoulders and let your hands rest naturally on your lap.

If using on a hard floor, you may place a thin mat underneath to improve stability and reduce sound.

During Meditation
-Breathe slowly and steadily. Notice each breath.
-Allow your body weight to settle naturally downward.
-Use the stool as gentle support rather than leaning back on it.

Suitable for meditation, prayer, or quiet breathing practice.

• Clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth only.
• Avoid harsh cleaning agents or excessive moisture.
• Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight, to preserve the natural tone and grain of the wood.
• Minor color changes or small surface marks are natural signs of genuine wood and time.
