How to use:
- Prep the eye area with Skin Enhancer and Silk Finish Powder for better hold
- Curl lashes before application
- Apply one light coat to lower lashes, then to upper lashes
- Allow each layer to dry before the next step

Tips:
- Build layers for desired intensity:
1 coat for natural definition
2 coats for fuller volume
3 coats for a more intense look
